I was just perusing Amazon today and saw they had the booster art for AtG up. No one really commented on this when it was shown at DDXP, so I don't know if it was clear what was on the box side, but it seems to be some sort of huge(assuming all the box-side critters are huge) snake creature, maybe some kind of Yuan-Ti?

Why not? The yuan-ti anathema from MM-something-after-2 is huge, maybe it is making the transition to the new rules and keeping the same size.

That said it sure looks like a large base to me.

I'm not sure if it could be an Anathemas don't they have multiple heads but I could be misremembering that,otherwise it matches the description (serpentine body and head,humanoid arms ending in 3 claw like talons). It could be a Holy guardian but then it would only be large.
